I can’t say enough good things about Greg. He’s not only an amazing coach, but an incredibly inspiring human. I’ve never felt stronger mentally and/or physically. He truly cares about his clients and at times, felt like a therapist (sorry greg ). I highly recommend training with him. His training style is specifically set to your goals. Extremely satisfied with the results from working with Greg! I know what you’re thinking….I’m his dad, of course I’ll say good things. The proof is not in what I say, but the results! Went to Dexafit and had a body composition scan done before and after the 12 weeks. I lost fat and gained muscle, which doing both I understand isn’t easy to do! I had been doing a lot of things right, but never had a real plan. Greg made changes in my diet, cardio, and work in the gym and it made a big difference.! I’m actually eating way more food than I used to and enjoying a little less bulge around the middle at the same time! To those of you that know Greg, this won’t come as a surprise, but he is a wealth of knowledge! Whether it’s about food, supplements, how the body reacts to certain things, exercise movements……you name it….he knows it! Proud of him and proud of the results he got for me!
