Let’s workout! I offer both online and in-person options. I have limited in-person training available, but if you’re nearby or in-town, please don’t hesitate to contact for openings. Thanks to the power of technology I also offer online training via my custom training app. I have some great pre-written training plans available, as well as custom-built options.
